2. Prepare Your Document

Please include the following items in your file:

・Presentation type: Oral or Poster
・Title
・Name(s)
・Affiliation
・E-mail address
・Abstract text
・Keywords (5 or fewer)

・Please refer to the "Overview" page for the main topics of the workshop.

3. Submit Abstract via Email

Oral Presentation Guidelines

Time slot for each presenter will be 15 min. for presentation and 5 min. for Q&A. Presenters are kindly requested to bring your presentation material in USB memory stick, which should be virus-checked before presentation.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

The poster size should be A0 (Width: 84 cm, Height: 119 cm, Portrait).

Please prepare your poster in this size. Presenters are kindly requested to bring your printed posters to the venue.
