NPEC accepted Mr. Kim Kyung Gu of the Clean Water Conservation Division, the Bureau of Environment, Tourism and Culture, Gang Won-do, the Republic of Korea , through the CLAIR （Council of Local Authorities for International Relations）exchange program for staff of local entities and gave him a 9 month training concerning environmental administration and international environmental cooperation.
